Send Details of Non-Gaming Earnings to IGT

The Stay - IGT CMS integration is enhanced to send details of non-gaming earnings made by casino patrons at the property from Stay to IGT.

Previously, details of the non-gaming earnings were not sent from Stay.

Through this enhancement, when a casino patron purchases a comp earnings eligible retail item and settles the payment using cash or credit card, Stay sends the transaction details to IGT. After the patron checks out and the date roll is completed, the applicable comp earnings amount is added to the patron’s comp balance.

For example, when a casino patron spends $100 on a comp earnings eligible retail item and pays using cash or credit card, $1 will be added to the patron’s comp balance after the patron checks out and date roll is completed.

To support this enhancement, a new checkbox, Retail Rating Enabled, has been added to the Casino section of the IGT Casino interface in Stay (Interfaces ➜Cloud Settings ➜ Settings). This flag supports the following functionality:

• Selected: When selected, Stay sends details of retail items purchased by casino patrons to IGT. Once the patron checks out and the date roll is completed, the applicable comp earnings amount is added to the patron’s comp balance.

• Deselected: When this checkbox is not selected, purchase of retail items are not considered for comp earnings, and the patron’s comp balance will not be updated.
